Our dedicated Growth Team are responsible for identifying new business and business development opportunities, and successfully converting these. Key to this success is the role of the Creative Producer – someone to embrace and manage the entire process for every pitch and tender we get the opportunity to work on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the linchpin for the entire process for every pitch and tender from brief to delivery
  • Converting opportunities into income generating projects with lasting client relationships
  • Provoke creative thinking, challenge us to be the best we can be in the pitching ring
  • Scheduling, resourcing and keeping the various internal and external stakeholders on track
  • Accountability for the opportunity budget (pitch and tender budgets), preparation and reconciliation
  • Driving creative excellence and pride in every presentation we pitch and every tender we submit
  • Driving relevant, affordable solutions for our clients calling on your deep-rooted 360 event production knowledge
  • Story telling; write compellingly, present authentically

  • Forge strong working relationships across the agency, working collaboratively and cohesively; engaging the right people from across the agency at the right times
  • Prepare and schedule regular reviews post pitch, producing reports/wash-up notes and recommendations that can be shared with the Board and SLT

The primary function of this role is to elevate our creative offering; bringing vision and innovative ‘big idea’ thinking, combined with world-class creativity, to the forefront of every pitch, tender and opportunity to respond to our clients’ briefs. You will bring a portfolio of winning creative solutions/campaign ideas, along with a passion to build our creative reputation, restless curiosity and the drive to help us to deliver fresh, modern, creative responses. A team player, capable of leading projects – and, importantly – converting opportunities through creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the creative concept development and design for tenders, pitches and briefs – ensuring ideas remain strategically on-brief and are developed into beautiful, coherent and deliverable proposals
  • Prepare full and detailed creative responses to creative briefs and/or client briefs across all communications mediums including (though not exhaustively) live events, experiential marketing, brand campaigns, digital and film
  • Ensuring consistent translation of ‘the big idea’ across each project; always ensuring it aligns with the client brand, audience and objectives
  • Confident communication with clients and our in-house team when pitching, winning new work and leading on projects
  • Ongoing presentation of concept development (either as part of a team or solely) to key stakeholders including innovision Board, clients, partners, sponsors and suppliers
  • Hands-on approach to the art direction and creative development of responses to briefs and client project work ensuring exceptional standards and genuinely exciting work is consistently delivered
  • Help to develop future work pipeline through client engagement, identifying opportunities and maximising potential
  • Collaborating with Production, Technical and Digital departments to ensure consistency and deliverability of vision and quality is retained across the board
  • Story telling; through environments and consumer journey
  • Manage each brief in line with allocated opportunity budget for time and expenses

You must have a passion and flair for creative writing and storytelling, captivating our audience with our creative ideas and responses through the power of the written word whilst also ensuring you succinctly answer the brief/questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and responding to different levels of pitches, RFP’s, RFI’s, bids and tenders received across the cross section of our rapidly growing business
  • Dissect every brief/RFP/tender, assimilating and presenting to the Growth Team the detail of the response and resource required (including any external subject matter experts)
  • Responsible for excellence across all aspects of the bid, specifically written documentation utilizing both creative copywriting as well as more information-driven copy
  • Ensure all bid documentation is strategic, concise and crucially, tells a compelling story
  • Beyond just answering the brief, you are responsible for elevating our offering in terms of strategy, creative and experience
  • Single point of contact for managing, monitoring every portal, framework and roster, including downloading and filing of all relevant documentation for each opportunity
  • Play a pivotal part in developing key marketing and event pitches across new business and existing client accounts
  • Applying a check & balance process against all copy and content within (but not limited to) all brief, tender, bid responses
  • Prepare pitch books, case studies and bespoke creds packs; helping to promote innovision to new clients
  • Forge strong working relationships across the agency, working collaboratively and cohesively

We need someone who understands how to take our clients’ ambitions and messages and turn them into compelling and unforgettable live experiences. On a practical level, the successful candidate should be skilled at leading and inspiring the internal teams and clients; and should be knowledgeable about the technologies employed to share and broadcast content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traditional project management and project delivery – end to end (On time; on budget etc.)
  • Briefing, managing and guiding the extended innovision team to deliver against client objectives
  • Create and manage own budgets, overseeing all other department figures, ensuring client approval of all spend, PO’s raised in a timely manner and sales invoices raised to client on time
  • Scheduling and resourcing all elements including milestone setting, critical paths

We are looking for an articulate, highly organised individual who is great with clients and stakeholders, has a genuine passion for events and conferences and who is not fazed by the complexities of working with a diverse and large client stakeholder portfolio. The role involves leading smaller projects and key accounts from pitch stage through to job close, working closely with clients and the internal houses to ensure we deliver projects that exceed our clients’ expectations, on time and to budget. On larger projects and accounts the role will involve reporting into the Project Leader or owner with emphasis on excellent administration and leading on specific work streams.
