We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a real interest in contributing towards the smooth and efficient running of an exciting and creative live events agency. The successful applicant will play a key role in providing consistent operative and environmental excellence within which the ambitions of the agency can be achieved.

The Operations House is literally the beating heart of our agency, responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency, which includes our commitment to sustainable ways of working, as well as providing an inspiring, warm and functional place of work – we adopt a ‘live event’ space environment across our agency and the Operations Team are responsible for ensuring we adopt the onsite Front of House excellence we produce for all of our events as well as the robust back of house infrastructure that supports this.
Our mission is to create and maintain systems and an environment which reflects our culture and vision: we are Creative + Certain and we live these values inside and out. Our Operations team are at the front line and need to deliver on that promise. HR & IT falls into this house, looking after our people and innovision associate community as well as supporting our CSR activities. We encourage individuality and we support this with our Integrated Management System which is overseen by the Operations House.
- Meeting and greeting all visitors at The Battleship Building and alerting appropriate person;
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls;
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post;
- Managing an inviting, tidy and presentable FOH area at all times;
- Other administrative support duties as required by Operations House and wider agency.
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring they are set up based on requirements;
- Ordering stationary, couriers, taxis, gifts and catering as required;
- Acting discretely in all areas relating to personnel;
- Providing event assistance as required.
The successful candidate will be a warm, welcoming individual, with an assured, clear and helpful manner who provides a professional and welcoming first point of contact to all internal and external callers and visitors to the office, dealing efficiently with their queries.
We are looking for an enthusiastic hard worker with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Someone who is also flexible individual with a real interest in contributing towards smooth and efficient running of an exciting and creative live events agency.
- 1 year experience in a similar role preferred but not essential;
- An inclusive mind-set;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- To be proficient in all software packages used within office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- UK National or relevant permissions to work in the UK.
