Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager for a client-facing role to work on one of our key accounts. Everyone in the agency is expected to have great relationships with our clients; and you would be working very closely with the key client (sat in house with them, for the majority of time).  On larger events you will also work with the innovision Production, Technical, Logistics, Strategy, Creative and Digital Houses.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in flawlessly delivering a large number of small toolkit logistics (event in a box), to medium sized corporate events and conferences, each month.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Being the main point of contact day to day for multiple stakeholders, providing advice and guidance to help our clients achieve the best possible outcomes and a great return on their investment
  • Leading the clients on the journey from their objectives to their success underpinning this with a results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with KPI setting and reporting

Project Management

  • Traditional project management and project delivery – end to end, from pre-event research, light event logistics, to post event sales support through Salesforce (On time; on budget etc.)
  • Create and manage own budgets, overseeing all other department figures, ensuring client approval of all spend, PO’s raised in a timely manner and sales invoices raised to client on time
  • Scheduling and resourcing all elements including milestone setting, critical paths
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensuring that a client service culture is prevalent in everything we do
  • Supplier management including relationship building, briefing and negotiation
  • Onsite delivery, management of client, team, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Financial reconciliation and post-event reporting
  • Briefing the extended innovision team to deliver against client objectives
  • Working closely with other Houses to add value, exceed client expectation and create a seamless customer journey, both pre- and onsite

Operational Excellence

  • Create a seamless event journey, both pre- and onsite
  • Ensure all event requirements are understood and communicated to allow forward planning and sensible procurement and delivery to the event critical path
  • Ensure the event conforms to licensing, health and safety and other legislative controls
  • Licensing and documentation with Local Authorities (if required)
  • Key role in onsite delivery, management of team, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Being flexible with working hours to service the clients within the region
  • Open to travel, to be on site at the events, and to other client offices

General

  • Business development within client teams – in an appropriate and respectful fashion

Job Overview

To support our mission to put creativity and our clients at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for a highly creative, accomplished Designer/Artworker. The role is an integral part of our creative team, working specifically within one of our dedicated account teams. You’ll be fully versed at working across traditional 2D design projects, but also have an understanding of how 2D design works in a 3D space or experience. One of the keys to success in this role is proven experience in taking a project from concept right through to final artwork, across a wide variety of sizes, timescales and types of project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our account team, you will be responsible for concept development and design (including final artwork) for all client projects
  • Ensuring your ideas are developed into fully deliverable proposals; and that the design can be successfully cascaded through all media/formats associated with the project
  • As dedicated design resource for one of our clients, you will be our inhouse expert for that account, acting as the brand guardian within the wider creative team
  • Meeting with the client brand team on a regular basis to ensure you’re always up to speed with their latest campaigns, assets and guidelines, cascading that info to the wider innovision creative team
  • Presenting ideas back to key stakeholders as necessary, both within innovision and the client
  • Applying a forensic attention to detail and understanding of how each piece can and should work within the live event space
  • Creating effective working processes, for example templating regular work to maximize output while maintaining quality
  • Managing all creative assets for the account, ensuring they are clearly labelled and stored on the innovision server
  • Collaborating with Production and Technical departments to ensure consistency and deliverability of vision and quality is retained across the board
  • Working with the account team to ensure timely responses to adhoc requests
  • Reporting of time spent against each project

Qualities

  • Dynamic, engaging and passion for live events and communications
  • Good marketing knowledge, understanding the customer journey/pathway to purchase for a product or brand, keeping that knowledge at the forefront of your design thinking
  • Strong working knowledge of the following design packages essential: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Splash (event marketing software – further training can be provided), experience of animation/motion graphics would be beneficial
  • Excellence in creativity and design
  • You should possess the experience, confidence and appetite to interrogate client briefs to understand exactly what is needed to confidently translate not just into brand solutions but also how 2D design works within a 3D environment or experience
  • Ability to think creatively, approach challenges from new and interesting viewpoints, and work collaboratively with the client and the in-house team alike, to develop creative and innovative solutions
  • Ability to see and understand the bigger picture on a project, taking ownership and pride in your own individual work but also the collective goals and aims of the wider team
  • Excellent presentation skills
